I'm cleaning and inspecting parts taken from the '93 to see what can be cleaned, refinished and re-used, and what needs replacement.

I'm also finding plenty of dodgy engineering practise.

These are the spherical bearings at the swing arm end of the suspension wishbone. The one on the left is seized solid. The other one has about 1mm of free play up and down, despite someone's attempt to tighten the bronze lining with several blows from a punch.

New ones shall be ordered.
Its not like they are uber expensive.

From Ducati they are: they're about £70 each, but I've ordered a pair from McGills Motorsport for £10 each.

Arrived today. That's pretty impressive service from Kirkcaldy.
