Yes, its bloody lovely that, mine was only a year newer but they messed up with the graphics on the fairing, those are much nicer, although I'd go with black wheels for practicality. I'll have to dig out a photo of mine but the tank and tail was the same but the fairing was pants

There is a high temprature caliper paint available in "Bremo" Gold

VHT paints are available in the UK via John Woolfe Racing. Bedford. 01234 220700

P.S....Nice 900SS there Gilps.
I tried Brembo paint - no good. It looks just like what it is, painted. The calipers are anodized and nothing can reproduce that look.

Cool

I am trying to keep it to a tight budget so nuts and bolts will be replaced if I can budget it at the end.

It's a cracking SS when I saw it love the white framed ones.

The only thing I'm not keen on with that orange Cafe racer is the gap under the tank !!

Itl be cracking when it's done .

Cool

The intakes are available from Mark at http://www.madasl.co.uk/ for the sum of £35 each plus P+P so £70 for the two.

They look so trick, I will post a picture of mine once they arrive.

I think the caliper paint is more intended for cars, and it does look nice on that caliper on the Australian site, but as you say. it does not reproduce the anodised finish.
It might be an option though if the anodising is really shot, and the budget is tight.
It's less than six quid a can.

Rear master cylinder in place and brake fluid pipe wire locked:

Not pictured I also rigged up the rear brake line. I'm going to use the same green hose for the front fluid reservoirs.

Another day and a little closer to being finished?

Another rub down and then it will be more clear coat and then stickers and then clear coat until you cannot feel the stickers.

More work tonight.

Headlight mounts and headlight bowl fitted:

However the 999 oil cooler fitting to the Monster didn't go as planned, I just hope Ducati Winchester have got the bits so I can collect them tomorrow.
