Bike is looking good though Yorkie and I do like what can be done with the SS's.

Also that last pic gives a good indication why (in my opinion) you should lower the gearing by going up on the rear sprocket and not down on the front. As I know the chain is not adjusted properly and there is very little loading on the suspension at the moment but you can see how by removing a tooth from the front (I think that is still the standard 15 yes?) it is possible to give the top run on the chain slider a very hard time.

Out of interest, any DD racers like to comment on what they do with regards to gearing changes and any consequences or modifications needed to adapt to them as I know my little 250 has had to have a swinging arm slider made and a bit of surgery to it's engine case to enable me to run smaller toothed front sprockets.

I like bits of all of them..

But none are quite how I would build a naked SS....

What a versatile bike it seems to be, I am infatuated all over again..

Well I wanted a single side exhaust cheap so ........ cut them..........

And then weld bits back on .............................

Rough to start with but it will look better once the grinder is out ........ hehehehehe!

My new end can:

Its from an R6 and it's going to be loud but once I have removed the baffles it will be like Krakatoa going off!!!! (£126 delivered)

Spent a few hours (quite a lot) dialling in the adjustable lightened cam wheels.

Yeah..!..Er nice.

Looks like silicone fuel tubing to me.
As used by aeromodellers on thier IC engines (I only fly electric).
It's a very good product and can even be used on the model engine exhausts.
I believe it is available in different colours and sizes from good model shops....Probably Ethanol proof too.

I think it cost about £3 odd, just a splash of colour!

I haven't decided on the colour for the brake fluid hoses yet.
