Mirrors

I recently bought some folding bar end mirrors for my bike, they look awesome but I don't like the fact I actually have to move my head down and to the side to see them rather than just a glance. I'm also not quick enough to fold them before filtering

Are there any decent mirrors that fit in the normal position but aren't as big and ugly as the standard ones?
