Going by the reg the DVLA site MOT check says Ducati, ST4.

Not sure why people cover up registration plates like that, anybody can see the reg walking by a bike in the street!

The owner has written ST4 on the “side panel” (Last photo).

That’s also a very good illustration of how the radius and shape changed at the front of the seat on Monsters.
