New North East Monster Member!

Hi all!

Im Ross from Newcastle - currently living towards Durham. I picked up my 796 Monster at the end of October 2018. Its my first 'proper bike' so still learning the ropes. Just waiting for the weather to warm up a bit at the moment!

Looking forward to working my way through the forum and possibly meeting folk at regional meets (if there are any up this way)

Thanks !

Welcome aboard!
Why not head over to the Weekender, which is held late May, and meet us!
I think all the rooms in the hotel are booked ( que Marco!) But I'm sure accommodation would be available locally.

........indeed , other accommodation in the area is available . Our annual gathering is the most Northern location yet ( so I am led to believe), whilst it is still a good 3 1/2 hrs south of you !, "............ Go on you know you want to

Ah bugger ... I think I will he in sunnier places end of May / start of June! Otherwise it would have been a nice run down. I used to live quite close - Anglesey so that would have been ideal this time last year too.

Il hopefully catch the next one! Some lovely roads around there! Just beware of all the motor homes!
