Clutch reservoir seal kit m900 94

Hi guys does anyone know what Brembo seal kits available on the web fit the 93/4 reservoir. The rubber cover seal had split and want to replace it rather than a later version .

It has a casting number I think 104888 and also 4E26 13 or is it 104668

It looks like a 13mm PS13 in which case I think you'd need rebuild kit no 10436250 (the new number for, what was, 10436270).

Eg.
https://addictionmotorsport.co.uk/br...-ktm-110436250

or same item on eBay

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Brembo-13...-/115092093893

Or Ducati Paddy is still showing the old number 10436270

Also, this thread might be useful as it contains Mr Gazza's experiences of refurbishing his own master cylinder.

My job is done but more to the point there is very little info about how to do it and diagrams by brembo are very vague. As much as I looked at what I took apart the brembo kit reads as if only for the rear brake master cylinder. It's not.
I found this link luckily and I followed it literally and he is very correct in his process.
I leave the link here because if you have a few tools and are careful you too could do it and the price of a new one is well over £100.

Great! Another job ticked off!

If you look on Mr Gazza's thread, which I linked to above, there are also some screenshots from the Laverda forum covering seal replacement.

I did see a site that name but when I clicked it wouldn't show with a sad face. They are actually very simple as explained especially finding a good socket to push the seal in but placing a small pin the hole to hold the piston back

Not that you need it now, Albie, but it's a link to a ten page PDF so you'd need to open it with Adobe, I guess.

There was some discussion here regarding PS16 spares

http://www.ukmonster.co.uk/monster/s...d.php?p=582859

This from that thread:

This thread from the Paso forum contains some useful info. and says that the rubber boot from the PS15 can be used on the PS16:

http://forums.ducatipaso.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=8289

It's a bit extravagant but, if you're desperate for the dust boot and can't source it separately, you could use one from a PS15 repair kit. I think this is the right one:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MOTO-GUZZ...0/264738324285

Alternatively, if you can find a KTM with a similar PS15 or 16 reservoir, you might be able to buy just the boot from them as KTM don't seem to have a problem selling Brembo service parts.
I've since found what purports to be a 16mm repair kit at the place I linked to earlier:

https://addictionmotorsport.co.uk/br...-kit-110377310

But, if you check the part no. that they quote (110377310), other suppliers, such as Ducati Kämna describe it as being 15mm

https://www.ducati-kaemna.com/dichts...remspumpe.html

I've also read that the 16mm is actually 15.8mm (5/8") and that the 15mm kit is the one to use.

Mdina Italia seem to confirm the dimensions, if not the fitment.

https://www.mdinaitalia.co.uk/066139739.html

But, if you check the schematics for both PS15 and PS16 masters, they clearly show 15mm and 16mm respectively, which doesn't help much.

That's frustrating. I don't know why there don't seem to be any spares available as it's not like it's an obscure model - there must have been thousands fitted to various Ducatis, Guzzis, etc. over the years.

I wonder if Ducati Paddy can help?

Exactly, I'd email Ducati Paddy!
