I'm free but I discovered another screw in my rear tyre a while back, I've plugged it with a roadside repair type plug but as it is my second puncture on the same side of the tyre and as there could be two lots of belt damage on the same side of the tyre I'm getting it replaced but not before this weekend.
So far it has held air but I've not ridden it since I plugged it. If I feel lucky enough I won't end up with a leak and a flat I may be along. 10 years on the 696 with no punctures and now two in a couple of months on the new 1200S.

Glad to see you there. Finley was the boss though.
Thanks to J.J.P and Bex for the hospitality and your daughter Elsie is adorable.

Really great to catch up with everyone this morning, especially El Presidente Rob, who despite all his injuries, was on great form (and well done Thulli for scooping him up and chauffeuring him down). A very big thank you to the whole of the Johnston-Photis family for hosting, catering and entertaining us all with cute baby smiles and dog toys! Also, massive thanks to J.J.P for the tyres and to Albie and Caroline for bringing them back for me. And Alan C for just being Alan C! Until the next time guys.

Prodigal Spending money or using resources freely and recklessly; wastefully extravagant a person who leaves home to lead a prodigal life but later makes a repentant return. The word could almost have been created specifically for me in both meanings Looking forward to seeing everyone next month. |
