I have tried most of the dealers in SE (even been to Brighton for servicing in effort to find a decent one - I'm London based) at one point or another and have to add to this post if only to agree that onyerbike are rubbish - comfortably the worst and that's a pretty high standard in rubbish. Will not go there for anything. Had my M600 serviced there and they were appalling - won't bore you with details - so did not take S2R for test ride with them as I'd arranged, went to Ron Parkinson's instead who were far better and offered me a good deal so I bought from them and they do my servicing too. Stick with the smaller dealers - in my experience they actually give a damn....
