Ok so you are all thinking what song is my favourite, what song defines me, what means the most......

So , although I have a wide taste in music, I am afraid it has to be the second single I ever bought...

Bohemian rhapsody........, next please

Gibson for me. I was once the owner of a battered EB3

Truckin' by the good old Grateful Dead would be appropriate for the weekender

Ok so here goes - I don't really have one single favourite record - how could I with a collection of 40,000. I have favourites depending on genre, band, mood etc so here are a few

House - The Nightwriter 'Let The Music Use You' [Geoff - Paul will know this from his Hacienda days ]
Disco - Inner Life 'Moment Of My Life'
Soul - Chaka Khan 'Aint Nobody'
RnB - Small Faces 'Tin Soldier'
Rock - Floyd "Comfortably Numb'
Electronic - Gary Numan 'Cars'
Chilled - Massive Attack 'Unfinished Symathy'

I could go on...

For those that don't know I ran a record shop in Liverpool for 17 years, djed from the late 80s to the mid noughties and still work in the biz running a record company.
