Brake/Clutch master cylinder sizes

What are the standard brake and clutch MC sizes? Also what size radial MC's should I go for? (Both RCS and non RCS sizes would be useful). This is for a single front disc setup

I know some of this was answered in my other thread but it's useful to have it to the point and all in one place!

Still trying to weigh up the cost of RCS vs normal radial vs just change the brake MC from a Scrambler or similar to suit a single disc and leave the clutch as is (both axial coffin types)

(Bike in question is an S2R 800)
