Single Swing Arm Paddock Stand

I am having issues getting my bike onto a Single Swing Arm Paddock Stand.

The spindle just seems to come out too easily

Any tips please?

Are you sure you have the right tool for the job?

A single sided swing arm paddock stand is just that- for single sided swing arms.

On the 900 you can either use a conventional (double sided) stand with cups that go under the box section of the swing arm or utilise the welded 'bobbins' that the 900's alloy swing arm has fitted as standard.

Twin sided:

I recommend the Abba stand, a great bit of kit. It can be used for single or double swing arms and can lift both wheels. One stand can fit multiple bikes. I've got numerous paddock stands but I prefer the Abba and find it much easier and safer to use. It doesn't load the suspension so you can remove shocks/forks etc and it folds flat for storage too.
