S4R asking about prices

Hi All, I joined this forum quite a few years ago. Owned my S4R for the last 9 years (2005 model). Its been off the road for a couple of years now due to illness etc. been keeping it running etc. Its condition is average for a 14 year old bike, got around 11k miles on it. I have taken the hard choice to sell it so will stick it up on here soon. had a look around and these seem to have keep up good prices.. not sure if its a lot of wishful fingers crossed adverts but I was thinking around 3K. hard to say I know but what do you think? It has corrosion in all the normal places. I'm a chief Engineer so do all my own servicing. It had new belts about 6 months ago couple of small dents in tank where things have dropped on it etc. defo not A1 concourse but good for its age. Just asking as I have been out of the scene for a number of years. Hi to the Kent lot I used to do the ride outs with, hope you are all well.
