Controversial.

Happy birthday, though.

Thanks for the bday wishes

Yes all three firing well thanks Paul!

Martin & I we’re just saying how we missed Geoff’s birthday posts & phone calls!

Off to the Picos soon to celebrate both our birthdays - been a tough year with both of us losing a parent - so much in need of some r&r. Hope you’re mending well Rob and that we catch up soon x

Happy Birthday. I hope you're being pampered, taken out and fed, wined and drunked....?

Interested to hear any useful info about the Picos, Mrs BRD & I are thinking about a trip in the MX5 next year in Northern Spain & Portugal, possibly staying in Paradores.

you can pick up some great bargains when Brittany Ferries have their 20% off sale and go 'out of season' - you need to be a bit savvy to pick the right crossing and upgrade the cabin to get the best price (the're pretty good if you ring though)

This will be our 4th trip, staying in Paradores this year but their hotels were good, its under £750 all in for 5 nights B&B, two bikes, and the crossing. Double that if you went in September. A bit less for a car rather than two bikes. Not bad considering Paradores are £100 night normally.

PM me if you need any more advice but its an amazing place! Cheese and Cider aplenty Quiet, wonderful roads and scenery.

Went with Staff & Liz last year and had a blast!
