Somewhere near Whitwell, Worksop?

We've been invited to a mates wedding in Whitwell near Worksop on the 27th, does anyone know of somewhere to stay? We've done a net search and there doesn't seem to be many places. Would prefer somewhere that we can taxi to venue so we can drink, being a biker wedding it would be rude not to!

There's a travelodge about 4 miles from Whitwell on the Worksop bypass

Or a little further away but closer to the town centre is the LION Hotel

Cheers! The Lion looks good but I guess we won't be too bothered by the time we get back to the room! I'd like to make a weekend of it but we'll have to see.
