Tank sticker/decals
I am now on my second set of tank decals/stickers for my matte black 696. The newest ones I had made only a few months ago and they’ve already started to dog-ear . I know it’s a tiny detail but it annoys me all the same. Any ideas, tips or tricks would be greatly received!!

Assuming you mean standard, rather than a custom design or colour, I'd suggest genuine Ducati items. They're still available (43510331AS I think) and are about £15 each side. Give Moto Rapido a call (01962 873981) and don't forget your 10% discount.
When fitting them, just make sure the surface is scrupulously clean. Panel wipe and a tack cloth as used by paint sprayers are good - I use them when fitting clear protectors to paintwork. |

Just a thought but could it be the paint, as matt paint is not smooth so the glue cannot stick fully to the tank?

Good advice thank you. I think you’re right regarding the matte paint. I suppose I’ll just have to live with it, it’s not so bad.
