Oops

Well I just came off at Silverstone while doing CSS level 2 on the last drill of the day, I seem fine but the bike may be a different story.

The gearbox seems to have locked solid the lever moved initially after the crash but after finding a neutral it no longer wants to move. The lever took a knock big enough to break the end of the lever off.

I'm leaving the bike with IDP Moto here to get them to take a look.

Yup, I've got a feeling this could end up being expensive.

Really sorry to hear that - I know how much you were looking forward to CSS level 2, and how much effort, money and tweaking you'd put into that bike to get it set up to suit you.

Hope the bike is fixable without too much expense.

Been googling and there seem to be a fair few reports of stuck gear selectors on new shape Monsters due to parts under the generator cover so I'm a little more hopeful that it won't prove to be expensive internals.
As long as I'm rolling and not financially in a hole by the MOB trip I'll be happy.
