Congrats on the new bike, Dacs.

We'll say nothing about your partial defection from the 750 club, eh ?

No defection at all, the 750's place in the garage is secure - I just needed to scratch the dry clutch symphony itch

As the advert said, "the clutch is noisy and needs work" ----

Decided that this was probably outside of the wear limit.

Thanks to Mr Gazza for advice, tools and, most importantly, being willing to hit bits harder than I would. Clutch now works, and I can hear myself think when in neutral.

It was less of a dry clutch symphony and more like automatic weapon fire!!
Probably the most alarmingly worn clutch I've seen! and yet the inner drum was unscathed.
All nice now though and more like a smooth swing band with the drummer on brushes..

...Just the tyres now?
