Hi Mike
I kept the ABS as it works great and even after 34 years riding it can stop shorter than I can first time in an emergency . All M1100 evo have ABS. the ABS will fit fine as it's all mounted on a sub assembly that fits between the mudguard and forks. Good luck finding a set of Ohlins S forks as it took me 2 years to find a set (eBay.de) your only problem will be finding 848 brake discs as the Ohlins forks have the calipers spaced 10mm further apart. I ended up fitting 330 mm 1098/1199 Discs as they are far more common on eBay. Last edited by Cobra88; 25-08-2014 at 10:24 AM.. |
