Righto, I've calmed down and had a closer look at the situation.
I've noticed two things. Firstly .. It looks like those indicators have had their stalks cut down. Compared to the std ones I have, quite a lot (ie most) of the rubber section has been removed. Dunno whether they will still suit your purpose like this or not, Paul. Secondly, and I'm a bit gutted by this .. there is an issue with the fitment to my particular bike. I have a custom piece permanently fitted to my rear frame rails, which serves as an attachment point for my homemade luggage rack and this would interfere with the indicators when fitted in the "Geoff" position. This is worsened by the shortened indicator stalks but wouldn't be solved by reverting to std length. Looks like I'm going to have to pass on this after all. |
