S2R indicators.

Hello, wondering if anyone has any ideas on this electrical issue. Every time the ignition is turned off the right indicators rapidly flash for a couple of seconds and the temp. gauge reads 100 before returning to normal. It runs fine in all other respects.

Don't know if this is relevant.... don't think it has an intended function that flashes to warn us.

S2R - indicator issue

Any more info on the bike - 800 or 1000, what year? Are the indicators standard or aftermarket, front and rear affected?

It does seem very odd though!

Its a 2007 800 with no alarm and standard indicators, both are affected. The symptoms are exactly the same as in the other forum link. Just dont want it to die on me whilst on the road.
