2001 monster s4. Ulez

Hi
I believe a few older monsters do not qualify for the new ulez compliance but Ducati send a letter with a document stating it does conform with the standards and is allowed. I know I did it with my 600 monster and now qualify. However I have been offered to an old 2001 Monster S4. Does anyone know if this passes the emissions? On the ulez site it says no but so did my 600 until I contacted Ducati
