Dec ‘20 Breakfast Meet

With the four week lock-down nearing its end, do any of you fancy meeting up for a tea/coffee and brecky in strict compliance with Tier 2 restrictions?
If yes, any suggestions for where and when?

Yep. How about Choppers near Burbage just south of Marlborough? Loads of outdoor space.

We tried there once, a couple of years ago. They must have heard we were on our way as the doors were locked and the shutters down when we got there!

I’m not one to bear a grudge though!!!

I dropped in a few weeks back just before current lockdown one Sunday and had a decent brekky in the back room with a couple of mates at the regulatory distance from other diners... . I’ll ring them up tomorrow to see if they are fully open. Any date preferences?

They are saying closed on Sundays now until Easter. So that’s out then.

Loomies was shut until Dec 2nd so I guess is open now. Or maybe if just the three or four of us then Castle and Ball in centre of Marlborough is easy enough to park up and get coffee/brekky outside under the porch from 1000 onwards.

Thoughts? Which date?
