Tyre pressures

Took delivery of my 1200s yesterday and was just going through it to make sure it was all there and perfect but had a bit of a hiccup on tyre pressure. The downloadable owners manual gives the tyre pressures as 2.3Bar front and 2.1Bar rear for a solo rider, the handbook that came with it says 2.3 front 2.3 rear, which is correct?

It's extremely unusual for the rear to run a lower pressure than the front. I've never come across it before.

Nor me, it's usually higher on the rear but I've got two bikes where its equal so I thought I would check.

Common on track, as the rear tyre builds more heat than the front
