Strangely they still have my £770 in the bank!

Official ducati dealer in the surrey area please!

That would **** me off more than just a little bit..... I'd have got my money back and gone elsewhere.
FYI, A couple of weeks ago Snells had some stainless stel termis in stock on a shelf, so they may have the carbon ones (I'm guessing they are the £770 worth) as well. Give them a bell?

Thanks guys,

I'm gonna give them a hard time first thing in the morning.

Next service will be with the surrey lot.

Cheers again.

Complain to Ducati UK! That's disgusting and bang out of order!

I think this has been covered in other threads apparently under EU law you can take your bike to a Ducati independent without invalidating the warranty. After 12 months of getting hacked off with authorised feckwipes this is exactly what I did.

Also £90 an hour for labour - who the feck are they trying to kid?!!! Most Ducati places in London are £40-45.
