Wayne, there's two types of the fairing which have different mountings.
The early ones with the square indicators mounted on the top yoke... Fairing hooks into the headlamp brackets over a grommet. The later version with oval indicators mounted on the headlamp brackets... Fairing mounts on the yoke. Handy if you can get the correct mounting brackets with the fairing. So how's the refresh coming on? any pictures?

Sorry I fired from the hip there without looking!
Later fairing mounts on the yoke via "L" brackets and hooks over a grommet on the inside of the headlamp brackets on the indicator mounting bolt. The earlier ones use a handed pair of this bracket. Presumably the indicators bolt on top of the brackets? .. Or the bracket slips inside the indicator holders?

I can only speak for certain on the earlier design and they mount using brackets fixed to the top yoke via longer than standard cap head Allen screws and spacers. Nothing is fixed to the headlight or the headlight brackets. Here are a couple of photos that might help:

Hiya, I’ve got one like this but in better condition stashed somewhere in the garage. Mine has a screen but no brackets. Any use? If so will dig it out and post a pic. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F232749660556
