I'd almost forgotten about Pastry, until you said that.

Let me know if you'll be there Pezz and you will finally get your hands on the trophies - best bike before anyone comes up with the usual innuendo!!

Rain stops play !

Morning all, as discussed over text/what's app yesterday, the weather continues to be a shocker, it's chucking it down again so the lockgate bimble is OFF. Apologies to all that were looking forward to the sugar free scones......with jam and cream!

Ponderossa Tuesday if weather permits and hopefully the Peak district next weekend........fingers crossed for that one.Chris are you coming here for "nourishment" next Sunday or are we meeting en-route? Pezz, that's a bacon butty to start the day mate let me know your requirements, menu available on request!!!

.....at what point does the sky empty?????

Monthly meets

Danny, I have sent you a PM, it's unfortunate about today, we were squeezing it in really as with any luck we will be on Martins Peak District trip next Sunday.

Please consider that one, it promises to be a good one, aiming to meet Martin and others at Longnor, 10.30.

We try to be regular on the first Sunday of the month at the lockgate, keep watching the threads though, things happen

Hope to meet you soon,

Gents - Let's work out best route to the start and see if there's a good meeting place. Mike going to yours is headed the wrong way I'd usually go M62 / M6 to Knutsford when headed to the Peak's just to get to the good roads quickly. If that works for everyone maybe all come to mine or Mike come here and collect Chris at Burtonwood save him going a longer route... Just an idea open to others

Good shout Pezz, I was thinking A54 which of course is south then east from me, swiftest is me to hop onto the m56, you would be m62, Chris when you say "pops"?

Do you come south over Thelwall, M6 then hang left to Congleton?knutsford services usually busy, which junction do you usually bail from the M6, there must be a spot we can meet up.

Open to suggestions
