Am at Willoughby Hedge Esso Services. It's quite busy and the loos are bust but there is a loo in the Esso garage.

Hope the ride is going well - saw you guys leaving as we were arriving at Oxford Services - we needed fuel so couldn't tag on at the back. Carried on down towards Newbury but couldn't catch up :-). Set the satnav to 'thrill' and came back across some great A and B roads - so a good day. Look forward to seeing some pictures x

Anyone know how they're getting on?

I was expecting a call when they got to Exeter so I could meet them but haven't heard from them yet...

I joined at Willoughby and rode with the group to Exeter. I left and rode back with Flip to Dorchester and then headed home.
It was good to see everyone and I hope you have a good onward journey. I'm looking forward to some photos

Thanks to Gazza for organising this and to Utopia for sorting the Tees

Good luck all and hope to catch up soon!

I joined at Newbury at 10:48 and left them to it at Warminister (arrived 12:37), they took off again at 13:10. Good pace and a great bunch of guys and gals. Shame I couldn't join them for the rest of the ride. Well done Gazza on the organisation, bang on!

Did Willoughby Hedge to Saltash. The ride over Dartmoor was an experience I'll never forget!
Thanks to Gaz for organizing, thanks to everyone who led, thanks to Utopia for the shirts, thanks to everyone who came for making the trip so enjoyable.
I was a little chilled when I got home but one beef stew and pint of Hobgoblin later I'm feeling warm again.
Hope everyone got to Lands End for the sunset.

What a cracking day out!!!

Left home at 07:45 and took the pretty route to Newbury on the B2141/6 onto the B3006 then A339. Met up with Steve G at the services (sorry we didn't catch you Valiant) then thinking that the main group must have gone through we headed down the A34/303 to the Willoughby Hedge waypoint where Maggsy and uksurfer were waiting.

The main group weren't far behind and so a Little Thief refresh later and back on the road- and what a road!!

Fantastic ride down to Exeter via Yeovil at a nice pace which suited the oldest bike in the group perfectly.

The Exeter services was my cue to head back home and with uksurfer leading the way back on the A35 until his split off to Salisbury and I carried on to the A31 through the New Forest where dodging the showers I scooted round Southampton and Portsmouth before reaching home at 19:30 with a pretty impressive 434miles showing on the trip meter.

Great to see some old faces again and meet some new ones. Thanks to Mr G for the organising, Utopia for the T-shirt and everyone else for making it a Monster day out!!

Before the main group arrived at Willoughby Hedge:

I didn't quite make it to Cornwall but I did pick up a little souvenir for when I got home:
