IC Ignitor Identity?

Can anyone identify these IC Ignitors?

I can't remember if they came with the 600SS donor bike I brought to build my 900SS Mongrel, or if they came in a job lot of spares I brought, but they look different to the IC Ignitors on my M900, and to any images I've found on line.

They are potted on both sides and have a screw in the side.

Early Ducati parts?
Cheap pattern?
Better quality aftermarket parts?

I really don't know.

Very early SS parts very flakey don't use them.....
