Can I join you in the crazy corner - that's exactly what I see (or rather, don't see). Never been able to find it, just tried again and still can't.

Jerry, sorry about hijack, let us know how you get on with your exhaust - I can't even get the clamp to loosen on my M1000, nut comes off but the clamp then remains corroded into the fully clamped position. Heat (lots of) looks like the next step
