If you were riding a Kawasaki KH you probably wouldn't really care what gear you were in, only that you weren't in the hospital. I think my Raleigh Chopper (with a gear indicator) had better handling than one of those deathtraps!

No, pretty sure I was in hospital, April to July '81. Broken legs in four places, arm in one and a couple of ribs/punctured lung for good measure. Remarkably the KH came off worse.

I often look for a 6th gear on my 750's and a 7th gear on my S4
