I just realised because of the High level cans, I can't have the tail any shorter

This option might work with your hi-levels - it's a bit shorter but no where near a tail chop.

i guess you can either shorten the cans down a bit, or, do what i did and put the cans low down, imho it really opens up the rear wheel, i think that the tail chop looks better with lower cans....
loving that rear light also, it would be great if the two outside lights doubled up as indicators??? ________ Coach handbags Last edited by uksurfer; 01-04-2011 at 01:29 AM.. |

Keep the tail, or use a shorter carbon one like the one LVC has used. Those high level cans are too lovely to lose!
I do know of people who have shortened the cans to allow a tail chop, but I think that might be a bit loud on your bike, unless you put the baffles back in. Nice bike by the way

Hi,
This is what I have done to my stock tail, but takes some time and skills, but mostly time: |
