Brook suspension - misleading

Annoyed with these guys.

i placed an order with them early yesterday and paid extra for next day delivery.

called them this morning when I checked online and saw my order on backorder.

Apparently when you pay extra for next day delivery that means next day from when they get it in stock

I'll get it Tuesday in theory, but the guy I spoke to couldn't understand why I think their website is misleading.

That's annoying Nasher, if you pay extra for next day that's tomorrow. Some sellers don't get it. I ordered some filters from busters, when I opened the box one of the filters was missing so I rang them and got M&P. Can I help, I said I bought some filters from busters, why have I got through to you, we are the same company with the same warehouse. Fine can you check my order, not really as you bought it from busters, I asked why they did this if it's the same company with the same warehouse (different prices), most of our customers are loyal and like it this way. He said he would send an email to busters and get them to send out a replacement, Not at all confusing.
