.... wheel spindle, that is.
I do have a swingarm spindle for it too but its marked and I chose to replace it when I fitted the ally arm.
It might do for a mock up though.
I can confirm that a '99 M600 steel swingarm fits to an older M900 engine as I used one to make a rolling chassis whilst sourcing parts when building mine and, of course the M900 ally swingarm fits to an M750 engine as evidenced above - therefore it would seem that they are fully interchangeable.

I'm fairly certain that I have a (swingarm) spindle for said M600 swingarm.

I'll have a look tomorrow and confirm, if I have and you want it then you're more than welcome to it.

To confirm, I do have the spindle and in good condition.

BTW the 600 (steel swinger) spindle is 10mm shorter than the 900 version and doesn't have the circlip grooves in the end which, I think is why it is shorter?

Shorter spindle fits in a 900 swingarm, being flush to the end whereas the longer version allows for a more 'belt 'n braces' approach to holding it in place - however, I have to say that if you're relying on the circlips holding it in place you have a problem!

So, shout up if you want the spindle.
