Yes I just looked at the detail. Very discreet. Maybe next one devils and tails. Love the black frame and pearlescent. Reminds me of my 1100s. I really wanted black wheels on that but didn't have the heart to black them.

This has taken so long because I keep changing my mind. It was supposed to just be a refresh but ended up being a 3rd engine change and upgrade.

That’s what happens when you buy a Monster, bought in 1999 and modded it ever since.

Again it has been a while since I posted any updates, I will finish it one day. We decided to split the engine just to make sure it was well lubricated as we get closer to completion.

Hi Slob! Yeah, subbed to the thread as I'll reference stuff once I get my finger out and sort mine! Need a new house with a garage then I can move it up to me and do it in dribbles. Til then, the VTX is doing a grand job. Dunno how I'll get used to an engine half the size though...
