A lighter battery would have helped?

It's charcoal and orange, I thought.

Losing the standard exhaust would save a fair bit, I would have though as they are quite heavy. If it's titanium pipework and maybe a carbon tank you would be looking at a fair bit more. The titanium full system I have on my 748 weighs about the same as a standard can.

I like that rather a lot.
The seat suits it really well and both that and the fairing retain the simple curviness of the original monster lines.
Its from my home town but I've never seen it out and about.

It's nice to see someone has put some thought into the actual 'design' for a change, rather than just chop the back end and stick a generic 70's Imola style seat on there and hope that it looks ok. Which usually they do just about look 'ok' but there are so many of them about it's been done to death and not always in a good way . This one raises the bar imho and is even nicer than the RedMax one they did a few years back.

Exhaust, flywheel, lighter gears in engine, lighter pulleys, shave bits of cylinders, lighter pistons, lighter cam covers, magnesium cases, li ion battery (thats almost 4kg there), airbox cover (or most of airbox), half of rear suffrage is gone and replaced with carbon or plastic bit if you look closely so they did tail chop till just behind rider seat as suddenly tubes change thickness, other then that you now going to semantics like titanium bolts, lighter bearings, possibly lighter rear shock
