November's breakfast.

Anyone got any ideas for November's meet? Given that the second Sunday will be Remembrance day. (Nov 10th)
Maybe go for the 3rd Sunday? (17th)

Sorted.... See post #14

So where to chaps? I seem to be bereft of inspiration!

Any one got any preferences? I can only suggest A Piece of Cake at Coltishal or Sugar and Spice or whatever it is at Bacton.

If you fancy Norwich I believe there is an exhibition of Norwich 60's bike culture in photos and memorabilia form 3C's and Buttery cafe era. Its on Bridewell Alley. I'm at the Lucien Freud exhibition!!

I should be able to make next weekend, somewhere south of the region would suit me well, though Norwich is do-able.
Would like to come on the bike if I can get it to play ball, doesn’t seem too keen on starting these cold days. Car is an option, but I don’t want any undue comments as it is an Audi!

Yay! It'll be good to catch up with you guys.

Feelers are out for the Rockers exhibition, but if Norwich is not a goer, then we could go to Jimmy's at Old Buckenham Airfield.. Or somewhere else if you have a suggestion? Flixton Museum maybe?

I found this but can't go any further than the title page, being something of an ignoramus. All I can see is a date.. 7th Nov. So I hope it is running for at least 10 days?

Can anyone open it and get any more info please?

My kind daughter managed to show me the faceplant page. It turns out that the exhibition is on from Nov 7th to Nov12th. So if you want to see it, this weekend would be the time, but no good for us next weekend I'm afraid!

Back to plan B. I find Jimmy's and Flixton to be a little on the sleazy side! How about Kingfisher's favourite Café at the Hillcrest Nurseries on the B1111 between Stanton and Barningham?.. Nice and warm inside, lovely food and great service..

Yes it was Nov 11th the last time we went and it was a mite bracing just inside the open hangar door!! The cake was well preserved!

Let's go to Hillcrest.

November 17th, 10am, Hillcrest Nurseries Café, Stanton, B1111.
