CAD Drawing help needed on project please.

Grumpy, Utopia and I have been working on a club related project for over a year now and I'm afraid I'm letting the team down!
I am trying to create a CAD drawing for a laser engraver/cutter to follow. I have drawn the design I'm after in pencil and traced over a photo of a bike, but I'm afraid my CAD skills have evaporated since I stopped using it a few years back.. It's like trying to learn the violin the night before going on at the Albert Hall!! (I imagine!)

Please could anyone with CAD skills and the software kindly intervene?
The design will be laser engraved on Stainless or Titanium and eventually go on public display. It is a charity project but there is a good possibility of being paid for the CAD work if needs be.

I have the pencil concept drawing and high res pictures of the bike in question, but obviously I will need to discuss this in detail with anyone willing to step forward.
