Time on my pt2. Just Jane Bomber
Following on from Holey Moley I did this guitar as a parallel saving money on buying body wood. My inspiration once again the Manson guitar made for Matt Bellamy by Hugh Manson in a rush to provide Matts desires going on the road to concerts in 2004. His ask was a chrome Floyd Rose guitar. The chroming bubbled so Hugh inspired himself to paint heat burns from a USA plane he saw and added WW2 rivets and the Bomber was born. My take is a cross of the 7 string version with a tribute Lancaster Bomber which I absolutely adore and a dedication to all those veterans in the Armed Forces. The artwork was done by a friend to my design. I still have to wire up the green led kill button and wire the pickups which are Ibanez bought for £18 on ebay. The aluminium covers still need painting satin black too.
The battery hole is for at the moment just the LED kill button but as all my guitars I always leave room for extras like Fuzz Factory or Sustainiac switches boards or batterys. I hope you all like it for the same reason as me. Its my last guitar I am making I think.
