Maybe you can focus on speed instead of safety?

No, this year codes are emailed directly to DOC members. We’re just the point of contact in case of problems.

.... how do they know you're a member of a DOC - other than what you claim... Have they started trusting people and make things easier?

You have to be affiliated to a DOC through the myDucati app/website since about 2018

So there were signs of improvement from their side.... (of course too little too late).

It puzzles me that Italy, despite all the corruption, arrogance and bull****, still is a somewhat functional country. Maybe because of clever engineers, designers and good wine.

IIRC when you register a bike on the Ducati web site you need info from the V5 to prove ownership.

possibly but there’s no need to register a bike, apart from when they ran a win a hypermotard comp a few years ago. plus we (presidents) can’t see that info.

Hello strangers,
Long time, no chat. Although I’m still a Ducati owner, I haven’t ridden fit a few years. However, quite a few of my snowboarding mates have just got into bikes and I mentioned going to WDW 2022. Not because they like Ducati’s as such but just so we can book on a few tours / test rides? Anybody know how I find out what the test rides will entail? I did a test ride on monster tour a few years back which was about 3 hours long and was great. If there something similar, I’ll look into a short trip over to introduce my mates to the world of Ducati but just checking if there’s any way I can find out what’s on offer. I won’t be in my bike so extended test rides are what we are after.

Cheers

Simon
