Pretty much, yes. And the 797 has less valve overlap than the 796, which translates to less power but probably a better behaved motor at lower and mid-range speeds.
Try to test ride the various options and see which suits you best. Note that the 797 won't meet Euro5 so you might find dealers discounting them if they can't shift their stock. (But, as they have till the end of 2022 to sell them, don't hold your breath!) |
