Very interesting Darren.
When you get round to digging them out, would you mind posting a picture please? I am considering putting a window in a belt cover and I don't want to copy something already existing..

Or maybe not? There's a limit to what I can do with MDF and super glue!
These Oz ones that Damien linked to, look like something vacuum packed in a super market! Which lead me to thinking that it would actually be quite easy to Vac form some. A simple process of taking a mould from a set of covers, then casting a set in resin from the mould. then vac form with appropriate material...Shame I no longer have access to a vac form platen.
