rear wheel bearings...what a idiot
my rear wheel bearing needed changing, and they were a little loose in the wheel, so 2 weeks ago, i replaced them with some brand new ones, making sure i gave them a good coat of loctite bearing "glue".
i left them two weeks to cure, so that they would be nice and solid, and they are, brilliant ! tonight, i went in the garage to put the wheel back on. yes, i did it... i forgot the spacer !!!! so now, why bearings are rock solid, and i dont have the spacer inside the wheel to take them out... i could beat myself with said spacer.. what to do now ? i tried to drive them out and tap them out using a screw driver through the wheel, but of course, they wont move... |

Heat should break the Loctite so you can then drive them out
