Thanks for the heads up with the Decals Perkles.
Regarding the 916 mudguard... I think it could involve a bit of fannying with the mounts, as yours has the earlier forks with two bolts on each leg fairly high up. The 916 (and for that matter, my 900Sie) has no bolt holes on the leg, so the mudguard uses two plastic coated metal bands which wrap round the lower fork leg in two grooves. Maybe the bands would grip your forks? but also maybe your brackets may foul the guard? I am sure an SS guard would fit your forks, and I just happen to have one of those going spare... I am sure someone on here knows how to fit a 916 gaurd to the earlier forks though..?...Alloy dropper bracket perhaps? |
