Fuel pressure

Does any one know what pressure the fuel should be for a 695ie 2007 monster? And maybe the pressure on the 748/916/996/998? To cut a long story short I’m running a 748/916/996/998 fuel pump on my injection monster 695ie, I’m having fuelling issues and think it may be something to do with the fuel pressure regulator in the fuel pump any help would be great! Thanks.

The nominal pressure for my Evo is 3 bar and I think that's pretty standard across all models.

Brilliant, thanks guys

What a comprehensive guide that is! Extremely helpful thank you!

I’m now wondering if the fuel pressure differs from a fuel injection model to a carb model?

The carbie fuel pump will provide a small positive pressure to keep the float bowls filled, nothing like the ~3 Bar EFI needs

The non fuel injection electric fuel pump on my Yamaha Thundercat has a flow rate of 60lph at 2psi max so I would imagine a non efi Monster would be similar.

So by the sounds of things it’s a standard 3 Bar across the board. Great stuff. Thanks for your help guys!
