Thumbs up Snetterton No Limits 1st May on my M1000evo

Hi Guys and girls

I hated the old Snetterton as for me it was really boring.

Anyway a mate said we should do a trackday on my Birthday

So we did.

Monster is great on track and seems to be as forgiving as my old Supermoto
and the brakes (Braking Wave discs) where awesome.

Best Birthday ever

Forgotten how much I like No Limits compared to the others

Regards
Rick

Bike looks really good Rick. Does the QD box save much weight over the other exhausts you have had on over time? I think I can see what looks like a baffle or is it straight through?

Hi Merlin

the QD weights about the same as my Standard headers with the Akrapovic can but not weighed them.

Baffle is fitted in shots and uncorked was 108db on snetterton noise meter.

lost all the top end with baffle fitted but still great fun.

A lot of people like the exhaust and a few hate it (Marmite pipe?)
Rick

great fun was had by all (mate on Husqvarna Nuda 900 was with me)

Fair comment, been trying to think of a better pipe arrangement for a while now.

Hi Ricky

My Favorite pipe setup is the SC Project CRT Ti system but only fits 796

Barrels too long on 1100 and they won't alter the jig to suit (spent a month badgering them over winter) so that's why I went for QD Ex-Box instead.

Max could probably get you something made up in Ti that looks like that

I have one of his exhausts and it's pretty damn good.
