I hope you people had a good afternoon and had a good drink for Oz.

I did my best to get there, but grossly under estimated the travel time and was beaten to chargers twice. By the time I was ready to complete the journey from Birchanger it would have been time to come home when I arrived, if you know what I mean.
7 hours in the saddle and over 200 miles covered for nothing!!
Too cold by far as well. 5 degrees all the way down and a best of 8 on the homeward leg, but cold to the core by that time.
Simple case of the wrong tool for the job! Lesson learned, and sorry for my absence.

Note to self; must pull finger out and finish Monster.

Yeah, we had a good drink with Oz’s family, school & work mates.
UKMOCers included (in no particular order): Grumpy, Ursa, Pompone, AlanC, Mart64, J.P, GaryT, Slob, Thuli, Steevo, Shuffy, Liz & Stafford (apologies if I missed anyone)
We might make this an annual drinkathon.

Might have been better using an ICE bike Gazza , engine heat , no charging problems ...the commando would have been best , no ULEZ charge
