I did once buy a little bike from a local and very senior fellow, who told me how he used to have Vincents put on a train from London for collection at North Walsham Station in Norfolk. They were advertised in one of the national papers. Presumably during the sixties.

The Norfolk pre-fix was AH I think.

Yes could be Kent.. Just as bleak as N Norfolk..
My brother-in-law owns an ES2 that was owned by his mentor on the local farm in the 60's ... the mentor gifted it to him a few years ago for old times sake. They still both live in the farm cottages locally. The old boy bought it new in 50's and had it sent by train to Worstead station, he collected it (brand new) still wrapped in greased paper from the factory and pushed it home 5 miles.
All absolutely true, the ES2 is absolutely original in used condition in every respect.
