Rebuilding steps..

Any advice welcome.... I want to avoid rebuilding in the wrong order and having to undo what I’ve done

Front shocks
Engine lower onto
Rear suspension
Wiring
Carbs
Electrical components
Plug in parts
Bars and footrests
Clutch and brakes
Air box
Exhausts
Tank
Seat
Headlight
Wheels etc
Check all tightness
Jobs a goodun hopefully

There is of course no situation where undoing wont happen. I almost had a dry run. Try not to box yourself in to speak. Connect up where you can to get the loom routed nice.

The loom was the main frustration when taking it apart and I know it’s going to be a mega pain in the ass to get it all back where it’s supposed to be

In that regard, a heat gun (or hairdryer) is your friend, for making the loom nice and supple so that its easy to manipulate.
