Nitron shock, S2R800 for sale

Hi all,
I am having a clear out and have a Nitron shock for sale, removed from my S2R800, offered here before going on eBay.
The shock is in good condition, the preload adjuster has a couple of marks on the holes where the C-spanner fits, otherwise it's good and hasn't done many miles.
I purchased it from Gilps (who bought it new) a couple of years ago when he sold his monster but haven't used it much - the spring rate is too soft for me.
The original spring was replaced by the original with a yellow spring, believed to be Ohlins, to suit a rider of around 11 stone. The spring is a bit untidy, the powder coating is not brilliant. If you are heavier you may want to upgrade the spring.
In original box with C - spanner.
Asking £175 posted, more pictures can be whatsapped or emailed if you need them. Photo link below, hopefully it works!

If it doesn't go to Liz's S2R then I'd be happy to give it a new home, rear shock is on my this year to-do list.

A good bargain for someone. New spring and refurb and then sorted S2 or maybe S4R?

Yes a great bargain and will make your Monster feel much better than the standard shock.

Nitron charge £95 (+VAT unfortunately) for a full service where they will replace everything needed to make it like new again or they do a ‘Short’ service for £65 if you prefer but Nitron have excellent customer service so will advise honestly on what’s needed if you’re unsure.

Plus it’s a few quid more if you need a new spring (in either ‘Nitron Turquoise’ or Black) to suit your weight.

Top tip- when you send it in for a service remove the spring whether you’re having a new one or not so you save a few quid on postage.

This was my (at the time) ten year old shock after a service and new spring:
